Jaime Castro Castro (March 28, 1938) is a Colombian lawyer and politician, who served as Mayor of Bogotá from 1992 to 1994. A Liberal, he has also served as Delegate to the Constituent Assembly of 1991, Senator of Colombia, Minister of Government under President Belisario Betancur, Colombian Minister of Justice under President Misael Pastrana.[1]
