Jacobs Corner is an unincorporated community in Yolo County, California. The first post office was established in 1909 and discontinued in 1910. The community was named after Mattie Jacobs, the first postmaster.[2] It is located 4 miles (6.4 km) east of Madison,[2] at an elevation of 128 feet (39 m).
