Jacob Louis Hazel (born 15 April 1994) is an English footballer who is currently plays for Mickleover Sports.
Career
Chesterfield
He made his debut on 4 September 2012, in a 2–1 win at home to Oldham Athletic in the Football League Trophy, replacing Scott Boden in the 64th minute.[2] He made his league debut four days later in a 2–2 draw away to York City.[3] He made home league debut on 29 September as a substitute, replacing Craig Westcarr in the 89th minute of a 1–1 draw against Torquay United.[4] He was released by Chesterfield on 13 May 2014.
SK Sprint-Jeløy (Loan)
Hazel joined SK Sprint-Jeløy on loan in June 2013, for six months.
Buxton (Loan)
Hazel spent a months loan with Derbyshire club Buxton.
Bradford Park Avenue (Loan)
On 7 February 2014, Hazel linked up with Bradford Park Avenue on a one-month loan deal.
FC United of Manchester
On 19 March 2014, Hazel joined Northern Premier League side FC United of Manchester on loan for the rest of the 2013–14 season.[5] He then joined them on for the 2014-15 season.[6]
In October 2014 he joined Mickleover Sports from Ashton United.[7]
