Jackson Merrett (born 27 February 1993) is a professional Australian rules football player for the Essendon Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). He was recruited by the club with draft pick No. 31 in the 2011 National Draft. He made his debut in Round 23, 2012, against Collingwood at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.[1]
