Jack Scarisbrick

Professor John Joseph Scarisbrick MBE FRHistS (often shortened to J.J. Scarisbrick), was born in 1928 in London.[1] He is a Tudor historian who taught at Warwick University and the founder of British pro-life charity, LIFE.[1]

Scarisbrick was educated at The John Fisher School and later Christ's College, Cambridge, after spending two years in the Royal Air Force.[1] His most critically acclaimed work is Henry VIII, published in 1968.[1]
