Jack Lindsay Doubleday (28 May 1890 – 30 October 1918) was an Australian rules footballer who played with University and Melbourne in the Victorian Football League. A dentist, Doubleday enrolled in the Australian Army Medical Corps, but he died of influenza on his way to the Western Front in 1918, and was buried at sea.[1]
