Jach'a Ch'ankha (Aymara jach'a big, great, ch'ankha wool cord,[2] "great cord", hispanicized spelling Jachcha Chankha) is a 4,345 metres (14,255 ft) high mountain located in the Andes in Bolivia. It is situated in the Oruro Department, Cercado Province, Surakachi Municipality, 16 km east of the town Oruro.[3] Jach'a Ch'ankha lies near the villages Paya Payani in the north east, Qala Qala in the south and Irsuma in the south west.
