IvyExec.com is a United States-based company that runs an online professional network for executives [1] as well as an online recruitment firm. Ivy Exec, Inc. was founded in 2006 by a team of Columbia Business School alumni and is based in New York, New York. Ivy Exec helps various professionals and MBAs find jobs with companies.[2] The company has over 300,000 members.[3][4]
For job seekers, Ivy Exec has 2 levels of membership, Basic and All Access (which requires users to pay a subscription fee).[5] It offers members the Ivy Exec Mentor Network, which connects professionals with 500+ volunteer executives for career brainstorming sessions.[6] For employers, Ivy Exec sells recruitment services such as job postings, executive search, employment branding, sponsorship, and retained executive search.[7] Ivy Exec pre-screens each applicant for membership, as well as each job posting.[8]
