Ivy Academia

Ivy Academia is a public charter school that specializes in education for the business world. The school has two campuses: one campus in Woodland Hills, California, and the other in West Hills, California. The Woodland Hills campus is kindergarten through 6th grade, while the West Hills campus is from 7th grade through 12th grade. Their mascot is the Pumas and their executive director is Caroline E. Neuhaus Wesley.[1]

Controversy

On 5 April 2013, the founders of Ivy Academia Charter School were found guilty of embezzling $200,000 of public funds. Yevgeny Selivanov was sentenced to nearly five years in state prison, while his wife, Tatyana Berkovich, was sentenced to serve 45 days in county jail, perform 320 hours of community service and five years of probation.[2]
