Ivan Vlasov

Ivan Alekseyevich Vlasov (Russian: Иван Алексеевич Власов; 10 September [O.S. 28 August] 1903 Nikolayevka, Temnikov Uyezd Tambov Governorate - 1969, Moscow) was the nominal head of state of the RSFSR twice during the dictatorship of Joseph Stalin.[1][2]
