Ivan Melnikov (Russian: Иван Мельников) (born in 1950) is a Russian politician, vice-Chairman of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, deputy of the State Duma and Chairman of the Duma's Education Committee. He is a professor at Moscow State University.
