Israeli Elite Force (iEF) is a hacktivism group founded two days before OpIsrael on April 5, 2013[1] that is responsible for multiple high profile computer attacks against Anti Israeli countries. Targets include ISPs, domain registrars, commercial websites, educational institutions, and government agencies. The group's core members are: mitziyahu, Buddhax, amenefus, bl4z3, r3str1ct3d, Mute, Cyb3rS74r, Oshrio, Aph3x, xxtr, Kavim, md5c, Cpt|Sparrow, gal-, gr1sha, nyxman and TheGodOfHell.[1][2][3] Contributors are often credited as:[4] homespun,[5][6] TheD34thAngel,[7][8] hagson&6a9$on,[9][10][11] Z3R0DayZ,[12] and sTz Hackers.[13][14]
History
On April 5, 2013, the group released some high level Pakistani commercial website defacements, two days before the said OpIsrael. Following that attack the group continued with a series of defacements, data leaks and DDoS attacks of many sites including governament agencies ISPs and domain registrars.[15][16][17][18]
Following their counterattack in OpIsrael the group launched a campaign to recruit fellow Pro-Israel hacktivists to create OpIslam set at July 26, 2013. First they launched a video,[19] followed by responses from rival Islamic hacker groups including AnonGh0st.[20]
OpIsrael Opposition
OpIsrael was a coordinated cyber-attack by anti-Israel[21] groups and individuals against websites they perceived as Israeli, chiefly through denial of service assaults.[22] Timed for 7 April 2013, the eve of Holocaust Remembrance Day,[23] its stated goal was to "erase Israel from the internet".[24][25][26] The Israeli Elite Force Joined the counterattack with many other Israeli hackers who took ownership of the OpIsrael.com website. The group hacked Several government agencies, domain registrars and more.

Cyber War New website released a summary of attacks which lists the attacks and counterattacks, named Operation Israel Reloaded.[48] The full list of attacks was published on their Twitter page, and partially on their Facebook page.
OpBirthControl - OpIsraelBirthday opposition
Upon planning of the OpIsraelBirthday by anti-Israeli teams on April 7, 2014, iEF launched OpBirthControl, having several groups and individuals joining them.
On this op the Israeli Elite Force decided to focus its energy on exposing participants of the anti-Israel hacks. Aside from a few individual exposé of hackers,[49][50][51][52] the iEF hacked named Buddhax published a PDF document[53] with a list of hackers and personal information including pictures of them taken from their computers. The PDF document has created a "buzz" being twitted by famous hacker The Jester,[54] and celebrity Roseanne Barr,[55][56] and being talked about in the media.[57][58][59] The iEF also hacked some accounts of individuals supporting the anti-Israeli hackers[60]
Also the iEF provided some debunking of AnonGh0st claimed hacks.[61][62]

After the end of OpBirthControl, the iEF has released a Passover greeting naming their official members and affiliated groups and hackers, stating that any other list is false.[71]
Views
The group is led by Mitziyahu, naming himself Co-ordinator, instead of leader. Stating in interviews for The Daily Beast, Israeli Channel 2 News, and more, that the mission of the iEF is to regain the Israeli citizen confidence of their hackers, and to fight Islamic cyber terrorism.[72][73]
Exposing hackers
The Israeli Elite Force Soon began exposing hacker identities of some who took part in attacks against Israel (some unverified), the first being a hacking group kil3r.org admin[74] who apologized on Twitter thus confirming his identity.[75][76] Soon after more groups joined in an effort to expose the attacks of Israeli websites on a blog hosted at blogspot.[77][78][79] On OpBirthControl, the iEF as also exposed many other hackers.[80][81][82][83][84]
