The island collared dove (Streptopelia bitorquata) is a species of bird in the Columbidae family.
The species occurs in the Indonesian islands from Java to Timor. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical mangrove forests.
The Philippine collared dove was once considered a subspecies.
