"Is It Wrong (For Loving You)", written by Warner Mack, which was recorded by a number of artists, including Sonny James in 1974. It was the final of twenty-three number ones on the country chart for James. The single stayed at number one for a single week and spent a total of eleven weeks on the country chart.[1]
In the mid-1950s Mack recorded the song which in 1957, reached No. 9 on the Billboard country charts.
It was also covered by Webb Pierce in 1960, and made it at No. 11 on the country charts.
