Irving H.C. Tai is a politician in the Republic of China. He was the Deputy Minister of the Research, Development and Evaluation Commission of the Executive Yuan until 21 January 2014.[1][2][3]
Early life
Tai received his bachelor degree in law from Soochow University, master in law from Tamkang University and doctoral degree in European studies from Tamkang University.
