Ineta Ziemele (born 12 February 1970) is Latvian jurist and Judge at the Constitutional Court of Latvia since 2015. In April 27, 2005 until 2015 she was a judge of European Court of Human Rights . In September 2012 she became President of the fourth Section. She graduated from Law Faculty of the University of Latvia in 1993 and continued her studies in Sweden, where she earned Masters degree in International law. She went on to earn her doctors degree from University of Cambridge. She has been adviser for Foreign Affairs Committee of the Saeima and for the Prime Minister of Latvia. She also has been teacher in University of Latvia and Riga Graduate School of Law.[1]
