Indian People's Congress (IPC) is a political party in India. It was registered as a political party with the Election Commission of India on March 30, 1993.The party is completely decentralized network of internet based volunteers committed to building a new age social order through technologically empowered people's dynamic democracy. As a long term program, the party aims at providing humanity with better economic, political, social and cultural ambiance geared for her rapid evolutionary forward march.
