In Your Room is the debut single from Australian actress/singer Toni Pearen. The song was released in late 1992 where it peaked at number ten on the Australian Singles Chart and was certified gold.

At the time her music career began, Pearen has been a popular cast member of Australian drama series E Street. She was not the first actress to venture into a music career. After the success that Kylie Minogue achieved a few years earlier, many actresses began attempting to follow in her footsteps. Some enjoyed success while others did not. Toni Pearen did manage to score two consecutive top ten hits, but her album did not chart as well as hoped. She also faced some competition in the Australian pop music scene. Kylie was still ruling as the pop princess, while Pearen had to compete with the equal success of Dannii Minogue and Melissa Tkautz. "In Your Room" debuted at number 36 on the ARIA singles chart and rose up to its peak position of number ten shortly after. The song spent fourteen weeks in the top 50.
