Ijrud-e Bala Rural District (Persian: دهستان ايجرودبالا) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Ijrud County, Zanjan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 10,025, in 2,342 families.[1] The rural district has 16 villages.
