Igor Igorevich Portnyagin (Russian: Игорь Игоревич Портнягин; born January 7, 1989 in Vladivostok) is a professional Russian footballer. Currently, he plays for FC Rubin Kazan.[1]

Portnyagin made his debut for the Russia national football team on 31 March 2015 in a friendly game against Kazakhstan.
