Igor Marenić is a professional sailor representing Croatia. Living in Zadar, Marenić was born on 2 January 1986 in Mali Lošinj,[1] Croatia.
In 1999 Marenić competed in the Optimist World Championships in Martinique.[2] In 2011 in Helsinki, he and fellow Croatian, Sime Fantela claimed gold in the European Championships, 470 class.[3]
Marenić competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the Mens 470 class event.[1]
