Ian Neill Uttley (born 3 December 1941) is a former international rugby union player from Christchurch, New Zealand. He represented the New Zealand national rugby union team in two matches in 1963, both against England. He played as a centre.[1] His father, Kenneth Uttley, played first-class cricket.[2]
