Ian Healy (born January 12, 1981) is a professional lacrosse player with the Washington Bayhawks[1] of Major League Lacrosse.[2]

College career
Played college lacrosse at the University of Maryland, College Park.[3] Scored his first-ever game-winning goal in 9-5 win over #2 Duke to win the ACC championship. Tied his career high with two points in a win over Penn at Lincoln Financial Field. Scored a goal and added an assist in 14-10 win over #11 Penn State in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.
Personal
Currently works as a history teacher, football coach and lacrosse coach at The Potomac School in McLean, VA.[4] His favorite food is a Chipotle burrito with a little rice, both beans, chicken and extra chicken, mild, corn, and hot salsas, cheese, and guacamole. His hobbies include wearing costumes to non-costume parties, reading, lifting weights and getting strong, and watching sports except baseball. He is also an avid Starcraft player. His younger brother Brendan Healy also plays for the Washington Bayhawks. Other favorite activities include making freshman do excessive conditioning, yelling at people to "get 'em chopping" or wondering out loud what to do if one was in a structure settlement and needed cash now.
