Iacanga

Coordinates: 21°53′24″S 49°01′29″W / 21.89000°S 49.02472°W Iacanga is a municipality in the state of São Paulo in Brazil. The area is 549.52 km². It is located at 21°53′24″S, 49°01′29"W, with an altitude of 422 meters. Its population in 2004 was 8649 inhabitants, with 9074 inhabitants in 2008. Iacanga was the place of the first "Aguas Claras Festival", also announced as the "Woodstock Brazilian." Also known in the region, through the traditional Cowboy Festival, commemorating the anniversary of the city in April, more precisely on the 15th.
