I Adore U is the second single from drag queen Adore Delano's debut album Till Death Do Us Party. It was released to iTunes on June 3, 2014, as the second official single from her premier album. The single and music video were released on the same day that the album itself was released. Adore has said that this is the most personal to her. Although she co-wrote nearly every song on her record, she said that this single was extremely important to her because she wrote it for an ex-boyfriend whom she cared for very much.[1]

The song debuted at No. 49 on the Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart and at No. 34 on Dance/Electronic Digital Songs. It sold 4,000 downloads in its first week.[2]

"I Adore U" was released as the official second single of Adore's debut album. Adore announced on her official Twitter page that "I Adore U" would be released on June 3, but it also will have its own music video.[1] On the official "Let The Music Play" online video series during the episode for "I Adore You", Adore speaks about the meaning of this song and how she wrote most of the track.

She discussed a past relationship where she was dating a guy who ended up dating an ex-boyfriend of hers. The video shows the argument that results when she comes home and finds her man in bed with another man. Adore states that this song was written about her ex-boyfriend, who she claimed is a really good guy, and it was all her fault in the end.

The music video was released on June 3, 2014, to YouTube and VEVO and was directed by Ben Simkins. Adore wanted this video to reflect what she had gone through and why she wrote the song in the first place. The video is a depiction of the situation which the lyrics are based on.[3]
