iProperty Group is an ASX-listed company that owns leading online property portal websites in Asia.[1] The company operates sites under the iProperty.com brand name in Malaysia, Singapore, India and the Philippines as well as GoHome.com.hk in Hong Kong, vproperty.mo in Macau[2] and rumah123.com in Indonesia.[3] The company's headquarters are in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Reaching over 4 million consumers on a monthly basis and serving 30,000 property agents and 400 developers, the company offers property listings, news updates and property related information.[4]

The company's largest shareholder is the Catcha Group and REA Group Limited

The company was previously known as IPGA (iProperty Group Asia), but renamed to iProperty Group in July 2011.[5]

The Group’s portfolio also includes iProperty Buyers Club, a group buying website that offers property buyers and investors a platform to get the best property deals, iProperty.tv, the regions first video-only property dedicated website and CommercialAsia.com, a dedicated commercial property website.

The Group also has a regional property exhibition business and monthly property magazines in Malaysia and Indonesia.

Operating under the iProperty Group, owner and operator of Asia’s online group of property networks, iProperty.com Malaysia is a property website.

The portal provides a database of listings.[7] iProperty.com Singapore is also the official partner of the Singapore Institute of Estate agents (IEA), and MSN’s exclusive property partner.[8]

Hosting an online database of over 160,000 [9] properties for sale and rent and property related news and information in Indonesia, Rumah123.com is also partners with Republika Online, Kontan.co.id, Tempo.co, Tribun News Network, Lampung Post and Pikiran Rakyat Online.

GoHome.com.hk Hong Kong

Established in Hong Kong in 1999, GoHome.com.hk focuses on providing property searches and related information and services.
