iProperty Group is an ASX-listed company that owns leading online property portal websites in Asia.[1] The company operates sites under the iProperty.com brand name in Malaysia, Singapore, India and the Philippines as well as GoHome.com.hk in Hong Kong, vproperty.mo in Macau[2] and rumah123.com in Indonesia.[3] The company's headquarters are in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Reaching over 4 million consumers on a monthly basis and serving 30,000 property agents and 400 developers, the company offers property listings, news updates and property related information.[4]
The company's largest shareholder is the Catcha Group and REA Group Limited
The company was previously known as IPGA (iProperty Group Asia), but renamed to iProperty Group in July 2011.[5]
The Group’s portfolio also includes iProperty Buyers Club, a group buying website that offers property buyers and investors a platform to get the best property deals, iProperty.tv, the regions first video-only property dedicated website and CommercialAsia.com, a dedicated commercial property website.
