IL-2 Sturmovik: 1946 (also called IL-2: 1946) is a 2006 compilation release of the Combat flight simulation game IL-2 Sturmovik. It was developed by 1C:Maddox Games and published by Ubisoft. IL-2 Sturmovik: 1946 takes place during World War II. Although technically an expansion, it comes with all of the expansions of the base game before it, up to version 4.07.

Team Daidalos began work on expanding IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 after the modding community had done the initial ground work. The expansions created by Team Daidalos add new prototype, post-war aircraft, new maps and new campaigns.

All Aircraft Arcade was the primary Website & Forum for IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 modding (allaircraftarcade.com) before Team Daidalos began its expansions. Also known as AAA, The original allaircraftarcade.com Website & Forum is now closed. Snapshots for the original All Aircraft Arcade can be found at https://archive.org/web/ the last being April 7, 2010.

HSFX now continue to produce modifications for IL-2 Sturmovik 1946.

The game was met with positive reception upon release. Review aggregator Metacritic gave IL-2 Sturmovik: 1946 a score of 86 out of 100,[2] while another review aggregator, GameRankings, gave it 85.38%.[1]
