International Cars And Motors Ltd. (ICML) is a subsidiary of Sonalika Group. As of 2012 it was India's fourth largest tractor manufacturer in terms of sales. Its current offering is the "Extreme MUV", a refreshed and technically upgraded version of its "Rhino MUV"

ICML is known for manufacturing MUVs well suited to meet the needs of Indian as well as global customers. The "Extreme" is an SUV with an option of 6 to 9 seats, the "Oyster" has a double cab, and the "Windy" is a 1.2 ton single cab commercial pick up vehicle which was unveiled during the 11th Auto Expo in 2012 at New Delhi.

Equipped with New Generation 2 litre G-One Series CRD-Fi engine, the all new muscular SUV "Extreme" remained the centre of attraction during the exhibition. These new products have better performance and suspension which assures great ride and accentuated comfort. The Piezo technology based CRD-Fi engine delivers 120 bhp and max torque of 280 Nm. This is the same engine which is now being supplied to General Motors India for their Chevrolet Tavera MUV..

The new addition to its product line is the Extreme Ambulance. Company fitted Extreme Ambulance is ready-to-use Ambulance developed on the technology of MUV Extreme. The Extreme Ambulance is available in Non-AC & AC models. The company recently launched the advanced model of Ambulance "The Hi-Tech Extreme Ambulance".

With diversifying approach in mind, ICML also launched the Extreme School Van manufactured on their MUV Extreme's platform.
