Hypatopa ursella is a moth in the Blastobasidae family. It is found in North America, including California.[1][2]

The wingspan is about 18 mm. The forewings are bone-white, suffused and sprinkled with brownish grey. The hindwings are pale grey with a slight brownish tinge.
