Grand|Hyatt Colombo is a 42-storey five star hotel under construction in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The hotel will feature 475 guestrooms and 84 serviced apartments.[3] It will be the first Hyatt-branded hotel in Sri Lanka.[4][5] The hotel neighbours the S. Thomas' Preparatory School in Colombo 3.
When completed it will stand as the tallest structure in Sri Lanka, but after the completion of the Colombo Lotus Tower it will be the second tallest.
It is opposite the Crescat Boulevard shopping precinct. It's also a walk away from the liberty plaza and a few kilometers from majestic city and the Dutch Hospital, all reachable by tuk-tuk or taxi and other public transport. It is also located in close proximity to Colombo's CBD (Central Business District) in Colombo 1. Other attractions nearby include the Beira Lake, Gangaramaya temple, Galle Face Green, Old Parliament and Colombo Harbour.
