Humam Tariq Faraj Naoush (Arabic: همام طارق فرج نعوش) , born on 10 February 1996 in Baghdad, Iraq. Is an Iraqi footballer who plays as an Attacking Midfielder for Al Dhafra SCC.
Player Information
Humam midfielder, provides silky inspiration from the centre of the park for practically every Iraq attack. His undoubted footballing gifts have been superbly honed and developed and for a youngster aged just 16, he boasts extraordinary vision and a remarkable instinct for the transition from defence to attack.[1] He is considered to be one of the most promising prospects for the Iraqi National Team and has shown himself to be a very talented attack minded midfielder. He was one of the main players in the Iraqi U20 Squad to earn the team fourth place in the 2013 FIFA U-20 World Cup and reaching the final of the 2012 AFC U-19 Championship. Due to his superb performances, Humam has been linked with moves to several clubs such as Al-Ahli, Lille OSC, Malmö FF, and Besiktas J.K..
International career
In December 2012, Tariq made his international debut against Tunisia in a friendly match which ended in a 2–1 loss. Tariq, on that day, became the youngest player in the history of the Iraqi football team to wear the Iraqi shirt at the age of 16.
