Hugh Carthy (born 9 July 1994) is a British racing cyclist who rides for Caja Rural-Seguros RGA. In 2014 he won the Tour de Korea stage race, and in 2015, he joined the Spanish team Caja Rural-Seguros RGA.[1][2][3]
