Hubwoo is a publicly traded company founded in 1999 that specializes as a cloud-based spend management and business process automation solutions provider. Having started as a small online commerce marketplace, Hubwoo has since grown to over 200 employees in locations throughout Europe, North America, and Asia.

- The Business Network: Hubwoo offers end-to-end catalog and spend management solutions primarily through a product called The Business Network. The Business Network by Hubwoo offers one central platform where you have source-to-pay process automation, that ties together transactions between all of your existing front and back-end systems. The Business Network has more than 150 large enterprise buying customers, 130 million cataloged items, 300,000 daily users in more than 70 countries, while storing all data in Europe. [3]
- Catalog Management: Hubwoo offers more than 130 million cataloged items that primarily serve Fortune 500 companies.
- Invoice Management: Match and approve eInvoicing that allows you to track invoices from beginning to end
- Easy Buy: A user interface that sits on top of SAP ECC, SAP SRM, or PeopleSoft installation, which provides an intuitive user experience to generate orders, track them, and approve goods and services.
- Contract Management: Hubwoo’s contract management allows you to sign legal documents that are standard in 37 countries. The product is completely digital, and allows you to send contracts between finance, legal, and AP departments.
- Master Data Exchange: Ensures that supplier records, user records, contracts, catalog data, accounting information, budgets, and workflows are always up-to-date, approved, and available for use.
Systems Approved
Hubwoo is designed to work with any SAP backend system. This means that it can be fully integrated with SAP products for secure process and payment automation.
Acquisitions and Partnerships
Hubwoo’s first acquisition was Chemplorer – an Irish-based online marketplace primarily dedicated to technical goods, services, and MRO purchasing in the the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.[4]
Then in 2005, Hubwoo bought Houston-based Trade Ranger who specialized in oil and gas online procurement.[5]
In 2014, Hubwoo formed a strategic partnership with GEP in order to solidify more reporting and analytics in the eProcurement software industry.[6]
