Huang Fu-yuan or Frank Huang (Chinese: 黃富源; pinyin: Huáng Fùyuán) is a politician in the Republic of China. He currently serves as the Minister of the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration of the Executive Yuan since 28 March 2012.[1][2][3]
Early life
Huang obtained his bachelor's degree from the Department of Crime Prevention in 1978 and Correction and master's degree from the Department of Police Administration in 1983 from Central Police University. He then obtained his doctoral degree from the College of Criminal Justice in 1993 from Sam Houston State University in the United States.
