The Houston Baptist Huskies baseball team is a varsity intercollegiate athletic team of Houston Baptist University in Houston, Texas, USA.[2] The team is a member of the Southland Conference, which is part of the National Collegiate Athletic Association's Division I. The team plays its home games at Husky Field in Houston, Texas. The Huskies are coached by Jared Moon.

History

The Huskies baseball team's first season was in 1990. The Huskies have competed in the sport in every season since then and have been competing at the NCAA Division I level since the 2008 season.[3]

Houston Baptist has had 7 Major League Baseball Draft selections since the draft began in 1965.[4]
