House of Ispahbudhan
The House of Ispahbudhan or the House of Aspahbadh was one of the Seven Great Houses of the Sasanian Empire. Like the Sasanians, they claimed descent from the Achaemenids.[1] They also claimed descent from Esfandiyār.[2]
