The House at 15 Lawrence Avenue in Wakefield, Massachusetts is a well preserved Queen Anne house with a locally rare surviving carriage house. The 2.5 story wood frame house follows a fairly straightforward Greek Revival three-bay side hall plan, but is decoratively shingled, has a two story bay window, and turned porch posts.[2]
The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.[1]
