Hotolisht is a municipality in the Librazhd District, Elbasan County, eastern Albania.[1] The population at the 2011 census was 5,706.[2] The municipality consists of the villages Buzgare, Dardhe, Hotolisht, Kokreve, Vehcan, Vulcan and Xhyre.[3]
