Horacio Calcaterra (born 22 February 1989) is an Argentine-Peruvian footballer who plays as a winger. He currently plays for Sporting Cristal in the Torneo Descentralizado.[1]

Club career

Calcaterra started his senior career with Rosario Central in the 2007–08 Argentine Primera División season.[1]

Then in January 2011 he joined recently promoted Peruvian club Unión Comercio.[1] Calcaterra made his debut in the Torneo Descentralizado in Round 1 of the 2011 season in the 4–1 loss away to Alianza Lima. He also scored in his debut match with an assist from Miguel Trauco.[2] There he played under managers Hernán Lisi and later Julio César Uribe. Calcaterra featured as a regular for Comercio making 26 appearances with 4 goals that season.

On 20 January 2012 it was announced that Calcaterra joined Universitario de Deportes.[3]

He plays on Sporting Cristal since 2013, where he disputed the Copa Libertadores for the first time.
