Hong Jong-hyun (born January 7, 1990) is a South Korean actor. Hong began his entertainment career in 2007 as a professional model.[1] He made his acting debut in 2008, then began to get noticed after appearing in the sitcom Vampire Idol (2011), followed by supporting roles in Jeon Woo-chi (2012) and Dating Agency: Cyrano (2013).[2][3][4] In 2014, Hong was cast in his first leading role in the cable series Her Lovely Heels, followed by the melodrama Mama.[5][6][7] His popularity rose further when he joined the fourth season of reality show We Got Married.[8][9][10] Hong next starred in the 2015 romantic comedy film Enemies In-Law, about a daughter from a family of police officers who falls in love with the son from a family of thieves.[11]
