The Honda Crider is a compact/mid-size sedan produced by Guangqi Honda (广汽本田) in China. It was introduced in 2013.

Overview

The Crider is designed to fill the gap between the Civic and Accord. The Crider is sold exclusively in China, though it may be produced for other markets.[1] It launched in 2013 with an MSRP of ¥114,800 Chinese Yuan, roughly $18,700 US dollars.[2] The Crider is based on a stretched Honda City body architecture.[3] It features an independent MacPherson strut front suspension and a single torsion beam rear suspension. All models feature four wheel disc brakes and electric power steering.

Powertrain

The Honda Crider is available only with the Honda R18A1 inline 4 cylinder engine found on the Honda Civic mated to either a 5 speed manual or 5 speed automatic transmission. Fuel economy is rated at up to 36.2 miles per gallon US.[4] The Crider is available only as a front wheel drive vehicle.
