Hokuriku salamander
The Hokuriku salamander (Hynobius takedai) is a species of salamander in the Hynobiidae family, endemic to Japan. Its natural habitats are temperate forests, rivers, freshwater marshes, freshwater springs, and irrigated land. It is threatened by habitat loss.
