Hockley Row, also known as Victoria House, is a set of four historic rowhouses located in the Rittenhouse Square West neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. They were designed by the Philadelphia architecture firm of Furness and Evans and built between 1884 and 1886. Each house consists of a rusticated stone basement level, with three brick stories above. The corner house features a two-story, shingled conical tower. Other features include half timbered and stuccoed bay windows, wrought iron railings, elaborately shaped chimneys, and shed and gabled roofed dormers.[2]
The houses were added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.[1]
