Hiroyuki Hosoda (細田 博之 Hosoda Hiroyuki, born April 5, 1944) is a Japanese politician of the Liberal Democratic Party, a member of the House of Representatives in the Diet (national legislature). From 2004 to 2005, he was the Chief Cabinet Secretary in Junichiro Koizumi's Cabinets, succeeded by Shinzō Abe on October 31, 2005.
A native of Matsue, Shimane and graduate of the University of Tokyo, he worked at the Ministry of International Trade and Industry from 1967 to 1986. He was elected to the House of Representatives for the first time in 1990.
