Hipoepa fractalis is a species of moth of the Noctuidae family. It is found in Taiwan, China, Japan, Korea, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Cape Verde, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Yemen[3] and Australia (including Queensland).
The wingspan is 19–25 mm.[4]
