Hillier Street
Hillier Street (禧利街), is a street in Sheung Wan of Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. It is located between Connaught Road Central and Queen's Road Central.
Name
In 1843, Charles Batten Hillier was a magistrate and coroner in Hong Kong. In 1856, he was promoted to the consulship in Siam and departure from Hong Kong. Mr Hillier died on 18 October 1856 in Bangkok, only 6 months after leaving Hong Kong.
