High Amana, Iowa

High Amana is an unincorporated community in Iowa County, Iowa, United States.

History

This community was originally known as Höhe Amana, German for High Amana. In 1881, High Amana (Höhe Amana) contained a general store, saw mill, machine shop, and a blacksmith shop.^[1]
