Text Messaging for Businesses
HeyWire launched text messaging for businesses in the spring of 2013.[2] HeyWire offers a stand-alone business text messaging app for iOS and Android, in addition to integrating with Salesforce Service and Sales Clouds, Avaya, and Interactive Intelligence contact center software.
