Herbert Duffus
Sir Herbert George Holwell Duffus (30 August 1908 – 22 October 2002[1]) was acting Governor-General of Jamaica from 2 March to 27 June 1973. He was born in St. Ann's Bay, Jamaica. He was knighted in 1966, and became Chief Justice of Jamaica in 1968, serving until taking office as Governor-General.
