Henry Cubitt, 2nd Baron Ashcombe, CB, TD (14 March 1867 27 October 1947) was a British politician and peer, the son of George Cubitt, 1st Baron Ashcombe, and his wife Laura Joyce.

Education and career

Cubitt was educated at Eton and Trinity College, Cambridge.[1] He was Conservative Party Member of Parliament (MP) for Reigate between 1892 and 1906. He later served as Lord Lieutenant of Surrey from 1905 to 1939, and succeeded to the peerage upon the death of his father in 1917.
